We stand behind our products with a 30-day free return policy (excluding clearance sales).
For heavy or bulky items, a nominal return shipping fee will be charged and in limited cases a restocking fee as follows:

All returns must be unused and in their original packaging, otherwise a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

We take precautions to ensure your items arrive undamaged, however, on occasion it does happen. We'll gladly provide you with a free return shipping label and replace the item or refund your purchase. Email us at [email protected] with your order confirmation, a picture or video of the broken item and short description of the issue.

We offer a 1 year warranty on all products including their parts and pieces. If anything goes wrong with your product within the warranty period, we will make sure to rectify the issue. Does not apply to damage due to customer negligence.
